It’s easiest to get into a habit of juicing if you have a simple easy to clean stainless steel juicer because you won’t have any fiddly plastic parts to deal with that break easily, etc. If you want to get yourself a juicer for health, you can consider the centrifugal juicers but do keep in mind that the masticating juicer will retain more of the raw health-giving properties of the vegetables than will a centrifugal juicer.
The best way to lose weight is to exercise in the morning on an empty stomach, before breakfast because then you can guarantee that your body will burn up fat and not carbohydrates or sugar that you have consumed. But, after exercise it is important to eat something healthy and drink enough fluids, so vegetable juice can have an ideal place in your day in this time slot of a morning. It will help you attain your health goals.
