Going through the workouts can be tough and challenging, especially during the first few times, so it is a great welcome to have someone like Tony who is always there to motivate you and guide you so that you know the right way to do things.
Of course, any exercise routine will not work if you do not put in the effort. Similarly, you will need to take the routines seriously and give it all you’ve got. The many satisfied users who have done so can attest to the fact that you will need to immerse yourself into the whole program and change the way you live and eat. The Not So Good News
For people who are looking for lots of variety you may be disappointed with having to do two routines throughout the whole period. Some users have found this to be repetitive which could lead to boredom.
Although the program is great for beginners or those just starting out, it can be quite a shock to your body the first few times you try it out, because your body may be reluctant to do something that it has never done or has long forgotten how to do. So you need to keep at it and it will get better after a week.

If you have long neglected your health and body or if you are a beginner then the P90 workout program is perfect for you.
