I’m so sorry for neglecting this blog for a long time. Truth is I’m swamped with work and I had no time to update this blog to keep it going.
As you know we are nearing one week of this new year and I didn’t even wish you all a happy new year yet. So, here we go: Happy New Year!
I bet everybody has their own resolution for this year, like flattening that stomach perhaps? Speaking of stomach flattening, I was thinking the other day that I also should write about fitness, weight loss and other types of exercises too. I shouldn’t be concentrating on stomach exercises only as I also know about other fitness stuff. So, for this year onwards, we’ll be discussing on fitness as a whole. Of course I’ll be writing about stomach exercises too but I’ll be adding other stuff to the table so that a lot of people can benefit from my blog.
