I have another stomach exercise video which I think might be of valuable to us all. It takes only 8 minutes to do and you can do it almost anywhere. These guys in the video chose to do their stomach exercises on the park. Ahh, the fresh air will do you good.
There are 9 movements shown in the video where each movement takes about 45 seconds each. They are so easy to do. Might be difficult for beginners who are just starting out, but it will get easier when you keep doing it regularly.
The 9 movements are:
- basic crunch
- right and left oblique crunches
- toe touches
- reverse crunch
- right and left side crunches
- push throughs
- leg pushes
- alternating curls
- curls
I’m not gonna describe to you each movement above. I’m gonna let the video show it to you as some of us learn better visually. Me included.
