You have an article where you say you should avoid sit-ups and regular leg lifts, and yet you have another article describing how to do sit-ups and leg lifts. In one place you describe stomach crunches as lifting your upper body a few inches and in another article you say to lift it up to your knees. As I said I am just confused!</description>
