Flat Stomach Exercises To Get A Flatter Stomach

by Jeff Ramsey on August 30, 2007

flat stomach exerciseI’m sure that many of us have spent a lot of our hard earned money to buy all those promises on flat stomach exercises to lose your belly fat in 30 days or what crap, such as diet pills and supplement. How many of us have that weight loss equipment that is currently locked away in the closet that was used probably the first month that we bought it. I was guilty of that too. If you’ve bought those flat stomach in 30 days craps, well did it work for you? Maybe for some.

Because to me, it’s just not possible as it depends on how much fat you currently have to lose. How can they claim that? But if you found one that works, let’s share so that everyone can really benefit from this. To me, such bold claim is something that is used by marketers to get you to buy their products. Plain and simple. I think, you can also get a flat stomach by simply reading my blog. ;)

As discussed before, we know that there are many different exercises to flatten your stomach. Either you prefer using machines or special equipment or using the floor, you can definitely flatten your stomach by simply carrying out a simple flat stomach exercises if you’re dedicated and motivated enough to shed off a few pounds in order to look good.

I know that I talked a lot about doing crunches and other proper stomach exercise methods before. I would also like to stress the fact that those are not the only way that you should do to flatten that stomach of yours. Don’t settle for stomach exercises only but to include a total body fitness, because you also need to reduce your overall body fat.

Care For What You Eat

You should try to improve your lifestyle with proper nutrition plan and diet. Eat less fat, avoid alcohol and drink lots of water. Avoid fad diet and diet pills, they aren’t good for you. Make sure you eat lots of vegetables and fruit. You should also get enough sleep.

Cardiovascular Exercises

I love to swim, go on a casual jog or at least take a brisk walk every morning before I do anything else. It’s good to get my heart rate up and improve my metabolism. You should include this as your flat stomach exercise routine too. If you’re not up to doing this every morning, you should at least spend 3 times a week doing this. This is enough to burn your calories and not to mention the good that it would do to your heart. After all, there’s no point in you having the flattest stomach but your heart is in a bad condition.

I think that’s enough for today. I know that some of you might only want to flatten your stomach and only want to concentrate in that area only. While that may be acceptable, I suggest that while you’re at it, you might as well try and workout the other parts of your body. After all, we all want to look good. Looking good means taking care of your whole body, not just a flat stomach.

Stay tuned for more. Until then, work that body and live your dreams.

The way I got my stomach flat honestly was the cardio…anything more than 30 minutes will do the job. Also a few moves I do…i show pics of the moves over on my blog too…Food to me is 40% of the equation…60% is the cardio folks….
