Stomach Exercise No. 5 – 5 Steps To Doing V-ups

by Jeff Ramsey on September 18, 2007

stomach exerciseI’m sorry for a little hiccup. I know that I promised that I would be posting one stomach exercise a day for 8 days straight. It seemed that I failed to do that. The reason was that the internet connection got messed up here and I couldn’t get access to it at all. It was very frustrating. You know how much we all depend on technology, especially computers and emails. It seems that we can’t live without them. But now, it’s up and running, we’re not gonna waste our time anymore. Our next stomach exercise that we’re going to talk about would be doing V-ups. If you don’t know what it is, then follow the steps below immediately.

Step 1
Lie on the floor with your legs straight out.

Step 2
Put your hands on the floor but over your head instead of next to you.

Step 3

Now at the same time, raise your legs and torso. Remember, we’re going for a V shape, so don’t bend your knees.

Step 4
Now reach out your hands and try to touch your feet. This requires some flexibility on your part.

Step 5
And then relax, and return to starting position and repeat. Again, for more challenge, add weight between your feet.

Pretty simple right? Watch out for tomorrow’s workout. Till then, keep the faith and you’ll soon get rid of that unwanted fat sooner than you might think.

Rock on,
Tommy Lehmann aka the Abs Guy
