Ok, finally we are on our final day, Day 8 of our stomach exercise series. Hope that you’re having a blast reading them as much as me. Hope you’ll take my advice and not give up. You’re getting this for free, so make the best of your time here. Read the previous posts and get some tips there. Read about my flat stomach exercise page, watch the videos, ask questions, leave your thoughts in order to learn how to get rid of stomach fat or even your love handles the right way.
Without further ado, enjoy your last stomach exercise series here.
As our abdominal muscles are literally the center of our body, there are many other tricks and moves that we can use to train them. Many of our movements too involve our abs, so we can utilize them to help train our abs into the washboard tummy that we’re dreaming of. Be creative and find new ways to twist, bend and crunch in your daily activities. Here are two examples to get you started.
Using a stability ball
Perform all your stomach crunches on the ball. The instability of the workout will improve your balance. There are also other core exercises that can be incorporated with a stability ball.
Twisting and ducking
In your daily routine, try twisting and ducking. Try reaching for things on your right with your left hand and vice versa. And if you want to turn around to see something, try doing it while keeping your hips in place and twisting at your waist only. Of course this might be weird if done in front of people, so only do it in front of inanimate objects. Another example is while standing or walking, pretend that something is coming your way and you have to duck to avoid it. Do this whenever you know you won’t look weird (like on a crowded street) and whenever you’re comfortable. You can either bend forward at the hips, or be more adventurous and bend at the knees and really sink out of the way.
So there you go. Hope that I’ll be able to come with more stomach exercise series in the future. So, make sure that you come visit this blog regularly and ask questions below if you need some answers.
Till then, make the best of your free time doing your stomach exercises.
Regards,
The Abs Guy
