Last week I promised to send you the second part of the interview between Craig Ballantyne of Turbulence Training and Mike Geary of The Truth About Abs but unfortunately I was not able to do that straight away. Interview With An Abs Expert Part 1: Surprise Abs Training Mistakes To Avoid

I feel so bad for abandoning this stomach exercise blog for so long. I’ve been busy with work that I didn’t even have time to update this blog, nor do I even have time to do my own stomach exercises. Shame on me, I know. No wonder most people don’t do their abs exercises because they simply don’t have the time to do it. Though I’m not on their side on this but I’m experiencing this excuse first hand when I’m swamped with work.
To make it up for it, I have an interview conducted by Men’s Health Magazine writer Craig Ballantyne of Turbulence Training who grilled the Abs expert Mike Geary, who is the author the internationally popular book, The Truth About Abs on the topic of abs training and the biggest myths and mistakes he sees in this field.
Before that, a few days ago, a friend of mine recommended me Mike’s book. To my surprise it’s totally different to what I’ve been blogging about in this blog, different to all the stomach exercises that I’ve been telling you all this while. It’s different from all those other abs expert been telling you about. And there I was thinking that I’m an abs expert. To make myself clear, I’m not saying that my methods don’t work, I do know my methods work however for being in this field long enough I know that Mike’s methods really work and I can vouch for that. You’ll find out soon enough when you’re done reading the interview.
So, if you’ve been doing your abs training and achieve no results, this interview is a must read. This is the first half of the interview which they talked about the training aspects of it. In the next few days, I promise to send you the second half of the interview in which they covered on the nutrition aspects that we need to consider to get rid of that stomach fat and get that hidden abs to show.

4 Ways To Get Fitness Around Your Busy Schedule

Don’t have enough time in your hands? Here are four ways to fit more fitness into your everyday schedule.
Okay, this is my first article that revolves around fitness and not so much on stomach exercises. And this is a long article. If you have time, read it in full. Or else, bookmark this site and come back later.
Out of all the people who visited my stomach exercises for busy people page, 151 people (as of this writing) took a poll. By looking at the poll, I think I should write something about it. If you haven’t taken your vote yet, please do so here.

Now, would you agree that 35% of them voted that it’s taking them too long to get the results they want, 29.1% said that they can’t commit to exercise everyday. This is due to a lot of reasons such as laziness, busy with work, not enough motivation, etc. 20.5% of them said that they’re too busy.
What I’m going to write today is targeted to those that voted for the top three. I can’t write for those that love their beer guts and want to leave it as it is, nor to those who think that flat stomachs are for wimps.

How To Choose Best Stomach Exercises for You

Every day without fail, we will look into the mirror. We preen ourselves to look our very best. Many of us spend a lot of time trying to achieve the ideal look. That is why there are many fitness classes and gyms around. One of the most common complaints is to have a leaner fitter stomach. And naturally, stomach exercises are one of the most popular forms of exercise routines. Since there are so many exercise routines that specifically target your stomach, how do you know which is the best stomach exercise for you?
